Easter Outfit Inspiration:
Can you believe that easter is NEXT weekend? What? I can’t. Easter outfits can be so tricky. I’ve been on the hunt for a dress for a couple months and have ordered and returned more times than I would like to admit. Finally, this dress came into my life. It’s a scuba material (so flattering and comfortable) and is just unique enough without being too crazy for church, etc. I love the off shoulder, retro look and the pattern is just darling. I feel like I’m back on a pink kick because I’ve gotten SO much pink lately, but I mean… it’s pink so there’s nothing wrong there.
My clutch is seriously the best thing. I found it on Amazon for $24! I feel kind of bad though because since we got baby Lemon last year I think Rose feels left out. You may see some kind of random rose print or bag coming your way simply out of Mom guilt (lol). Really though, even if you don’t have a Lemon doodle in your life Lemons are EVERYWHERE right now. It all started last year with Dolce and Gabana’s collection with lemon print galore. You can now find it EVERYWHERE. I even had some cute pieces last year before we even had Lemon so I’m glad the trend is still going.
Shop the Look:
Dress: Asos (also comes in petite $42), Heels: J Crew (similar here), Clutch: Amazon ($24), Sunglasses: Nordstrom ($12), Earrings: Baublebar, Bracelet: Cable / Link, Ring: David Yurman, Lip: Mac (Pink Pigeon)
TGIF ya’ll! So glad it’s Friday! Finally, am I right? This has been such a crazy week… the littlest things have happened that have just thrown me off. Ever have that happen? I mean nothing groundbreaking, but one little thing after another… I started the week off right, and then things seemed to just go haywire. Ready for another week please.
Totally off topic, but let us all remember what is important right now in our world. Maybe your week was rocky, but terrible things are happening and it’s incredibly scary and sad. Let’s love one another and be supportive. It’s really the only way that anything is going to get better. Pray for Syria.
I hope you have an amazing weekend! We are en route to Virginia for another intensive weekend. I’m really excited because Luke finishes early tomorrow and we FINALLY get to explore Charlottesville. I haven’t been in forever and it is really one of the most gorgeous places!
