Makeup Routine: 10 Hour No Touch-Up

Today I’m going way out of my comfort zone and sharing a video tutorial for how  I apply my current makeup routine each day. This is really something I have worked hard to create because my skin has been having major issues. After using the same foundation for years, it simply stopped working for me. I was left to go out and find something that would do the trick and create an entirely new product lineup… super daunting y’all!

I love makeup, but when I’m struggling with products I often get overwhelmed and fed up… just let something work already! (not to mention the wallet depletion from buying so many products. . . and then all that going to waste!).

So here goes nothing, my first stab at video! Bare with me… learning how to edit is going to be a major task for me… but I wanted to go ahead and get this up for you guys! My eye makeup portion somehow didn’t record so that’s the reason for the cut off. I really enjoyed doing this and can’t wait to share more videos in the future.

I recently discovered how to make the Estee Lauder DoubleWear foundation work for me after having tried it several times in the last few months with epic failed attempts. I hated the way it sat on my face and the consistency was really sticky. Using this technique has made the product not only usable for me, but also SUPER long wear! It doesn’t freak out my skin which can be a major issue for me… and it lasts well into the day with no touchups! I even wore this to Barre last week and it lasted through the entire class without the slightest smudge.

Below you can see the full look and I have shared the details for product and color both in the video and linked below.

Thanks so much for reading/watching! You guys are the best and I can’t thank you enough for your support! Make sure to subscribe to my channel here & stay tuned for more tutorials in the future! Final Cut ProX may or may not be on the way to my house right now! (iMovie was a major struggle for me in editing!)
